@ignigenae - Exactly. :D My testimony is my strength to help others know they can be free, too.
@NaitoOfNarnia - still. one is recalcitrant to such torment. but you are right. there is a point in a personal relationship with God where there is just... unabashed joy, at everything. nothing is a shame. everything laid out, all dirty rags in the sun, now sparkling clean.
@ignigenae - Thanks. :) All I know is that I have nothing to fear because God forgave me. :)
Congrats on finishing your testimony series *tips hat, if i had one* i'd be hard-pressed to do the same.
@falling_star_forever - Aaaah, I see. Thank you for the clarification, Sis.
@NaitoOfNarnia - that wasn't me who left that comment...
@Wazzimu_Girl - I'm sorry. The last few times you called I was actually at work. I don't normally like to talk on the phone...
@falling_star_forever - I'm usually tied up at night. I'm either working or on the phone with Kenzi. That's almost always been the time I set aside specifically for the girl I'm seeing.
@Wazzimu_Girl - just give up,trying to call him. He's all tied up again.
Just drop'n by to the guy i try to call and yet never picks up his phone :p
@NaitoOfNarnia - Life interrupts dreams, right? Wow, Kmart? Ours was shut down a few years ago. I think Walmart blew everything else out the water around here. Our Goody's even shut down. =( He was working on a bit of historical fiction - my favorite genre. One day I'll get to read the finished product!
@StrewnOutinDisarray - Yeah, K-Mart is retail HELL over here. And lately, the holidays have been so busy, I couldn't write anything down well enough (I'm very long-winded even in my THOUGHTS). As I'm sure you noticed, I'm writing a book, too, which has ALSO been put on hold for a bit. But I need to pull it out again soon. What's your hubby writing about?
@NaitoOfNarnia - Ha! That would be cool. If I could make a steady, stable income writing I'd quit my job in a heartbeat! Hubby was working on a book, but he's gotten so busy he's had to put it on the back burner for a while. I may try to take some writing courses with him in the future. Maybe you can find a way to jot your musing down here and there while at work? I can't do that seeing as I work on an assembly line ... bleh
@StrewnOutinDisarray - LOL I hate that! That happens to me often when I'm at work and have no way to easily document what I'm thinking about. I've mentioned to my girlfriend several times that I thinkn I should be an at-home writer for my career.
@NaitoOfNarnia - Oh trust me, will do. I often feel a passion or drive to write bubble up and sometimes overflow, but by the time I actually get to a computer it's all gone or my inspiration is totally exhausted. Never quite understood it, but I swear one day I'll write a book!
@StrewnOutinDisarray - There's no rules to how often you must post, and only general ones for content. LOL I think you're fine. Write what and how often you want. No worries.
@NaitoOfNarnia - Yes, I did browse through your links ... interesting stuff I will be reading in the future. =) I will have to say that there's really not much on my site - yet. Kinda sad, I've been a member of Xanga for over a year and have hardly written anything. But I hope to change that soon. I did have a wonderful Christmas, thank you! Ya know, a nap does sound good ... lol
@StrewnOutinDisarray - Well, thank you for that, Ms Strewn. :) I greatly appreciate the time you took to read my stuff. You probably noticed all the links I have up at the top of my page. That's all my stuff that I personally like that I've written or particularly want to share, so keep an eye out there for some of my "best". I'll have to scout your site, too...but at the moment, I'm going to go take a nap. lol God bless and Merry Post-Christmas to you!
Somehow I navagated to your site via links here and links there and had to stop, take my time and read a bit. I must say I enjoyed reading you and think I'll visit more. =) It's nice to see like-minded Xangans. Hope you had a very merry Christmas.
@Blessed_Enigma - NIIIICE! :D How'd you like it? And I'm doing good. Just been working on filling out apps for a new job (or a 2nd one) and trying to somehow work on three or four blog posts at once...oye!
Pssst, guess what movie I saw yesterday morning? *Long suspenseful pause* Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
How have you been? Been a while Michael.
